Your account prior to the migration still exists, but had to be renamed as part of the migration process. Users will be able to access this data through the end of the school year, but it's highly recommended that they move what is needed prior to that time.
To access your old account user the following user information:
Password: <Password is what it was at the time of your migration>
Primary username: firstname.lastname@example.org
Renamed username: email@example.com
*Login to your renamed account and forward the email you need to your primary username. Then, log out of your renamed account, close and reopen your Internet browser. Log into your primary account and view the email(s) you forwarded to this address.
Primary username: firstname.lastname@example.org
Renamed username: email@example.com
