Strategic Plan Categories & Goals:
- Instruction: Ensure every student receives high-quality, aligned instruction from early childhood through graduation by strengthening Tier I instruction, building MTSS systems, improving early childhood readiness, and expanding college and career pathways.
- Pupil Personnel/Student Services: Create a safe, supportive, student-centered environment by improving attendance, strengthening behavioral systems, expanding mental health supports, and coordinating wraparound services.
- Finance: Ensure transparent, responsible budgeting aligned to district priorities, while planning for long-term sustainability.
- Human Resources: Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality staff through pipelines, onboarding, mentoring, and culture-building efforts.
- Food Service: Provide safe, nutritious, appealing meals through modernized equipment, training, and menu innovation.
- Transportation: Provide safe, reliable, efficient transportation by addressing staffing shortages, improving routing, and modernizing the fleet.
- Facilities: Maintain safe, clean, efficient learning environments through preventive maintenance, long-term planning, and safety upgrades.
- Communications / Community Engagement: Build a culture of transparency, trust, and engagement through consistent communication, visibility, and two-way input.
